Jurnaly is a collaborative storytelling app. Stories are written one chapter at a time by different people, and every chapter is illustrated.

Reporting a problem from inside the app

Open Settings, then Report a Problem or Request a Feature. Telling us the story and chapter you were looking at, and what you expected to happen instead, helps us find it quickly.

Reporting a story, chapter or comment

Every story, chapter and comment has a report option, and you can block another user from their profile. Reported content is reviewed and removed if it breaks the rules in our Terms of Use.

Managing your subscription

Jurnaly Premium is billed through your Apple ID, not by us. To change or cancel it, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Deleting your account

Open Settings in the app, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal information. If you cannot reach the app, email us from the address on your account and we will do it for you.

Trouble signing in

Use Forgot Password on the login screen to be sent a reset link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, sign in with that same provider rather than a password.
